Enquiries started
How many people start a conversation, and from which page.
How we work
Four stages in a fixed order. You always know which step we are on and what you have to approve before we continue.
In minutes, a PDF report on how your site works under the hood and how clearly it explains your business. Yours, whether you hire us or not.
Why the order matters
Design before decision, copy before truth. Here each stage exists so the next one does not have to invent anything.
The four stages
Stage 01
What you sell, who you help and how you handle enquiries. Anything that cannot be demonstrated is marked pending or dropped: the site does not promise what the operation cannot sustain.
Stage 02
We separate what works from what confuses, and decide with you which pages you need. Above all, which ones you do not.
Stage 03
Message, pages and contact routes, built on decisions already approved. Everything works on a phone and with a screen reader.
Stage 04
We check links, forms, speed, accessibility and what search engines see. We publish when what was tested matches what was promised.
After publishing
We measure little, and only what can be acted on.
How many people start a conversation, and from which page.
How many are sent and, above all, how many are abandoned halfway.
When people would rather talk than write.
When the business has them: where they start and where they drop off.
Whether whoever writes is the right client. The business knows this, not the tool.
Real speed, errors, broken links and pages that stopped responding.
| What is observed | What it might mean | What gets reviewed |
|---|---|---|
| Many visits, few enquiries | The page does not help people place themselves, or offers no clear next step. | The message, the order of the page and the contact button. |
| Enquiries that are not your client | The site attracts for the wrong reason. | Who you are speaking to, which limits you publish, and how you describe the service. |
| Abandoned forms | Too much is asked, or too soon. | Fields, length, and how comfortable it is to fill in on a phone. |
| A page people leave | It promises something it does not deliver, or delivers something nobody was looking for. | That the title, the description and the actual content say the same thing. |
We do not promise sales, enquiries, revenue or search rankings. We do stand behind contact routes that work, seeing where an enquiry drops off, and declaring whatever is collected in the privacy notice.
Who works with you
The same team decides, writes, builds and tests. What is agreed is not handed to other hands that were not there.
We take on few projects at a time, on purpose. When there is no capacity we say so, rather than accepting and making you wait. The Fit Check does not depend on that: it is automated and always available.
If an outside specialist is needed, we tell you beforehand what they will do, what it costs and what they answer for.
Your part
No method makes up for missing decisions on the business side. These four things move a project.
What you do not do, what is not included, what sometimes goes wrong. That is where credibility lives.
Work done, policies, terms, credentials. If something does not exist, we say so and do not fill the gap.
What is approved is not reopened on personal preference, only with new evidence.
Publishing is not finishing. Deciding who looks after it is part of the project.
Next step
Start by knowing what works, what confuses and what to change first.
