Terms and conditions of use
These conditions govern the public use of this site. They do not replace the proposal, the scope or the services contract of any project: that is where what Claridad commits to do, and under what conditions, is defined.

1. Site owner
This site is operated by Claridad, a trading name under which an individual with business activity operates, with address in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
The full legal identification of the owner is available on request, and appears on any proposal, contract or tax receipt we issue. Contact channel: info@claridadweb.com
2. Scope of the site
This site is informational content about Claridad and the projects it can carry out. Browsing it, sending a form or receiving a Fit Check does not create a contractual relationship and does not oblige Claridad to accept a case.
Capacity is limited. A request may not be accepted, and that is communicated directly.
3. Fit Check and Complete Diagnostic
The Fit Check is an automated analysis of the site indicated by whoever requests it, priced at MXN $200, VAT included, paid by card through Stripe. It uses only publicly visible information, requires no access credentials, and is neither a full audit nor a replacement for the Complete Diagnostic: it does not include architecture, final copy, a mock-up or a quote. If the Complete Diagnostic is hired afterwards, the amount paid for the Fit Check is credited against its price once.
The Complete Diagnostic is priced at MXN $6,500 plus VAT, under a confirmed scope. It includes an in-depth audit, architecture, final copy, a mock-up and the project quote. It is an independent service: it is delivered complete, the resulting document belongs to whoever hires it, and it does not oblige you to hire any subsequent project.
If a project arising from the Diagnostic is hired, the amount paid for it is credited against the value of that project. The credit applies once only, is recorded in writing in the corresponding proposal, and generates no balance in your favour, refund or cash payment if the project is never hired. All other financial conditions of any project are set out in its own proposal or contract.
The prices and ranges published on this site are guidance. The written proposal is what defines scope, dependencies, investment and the conditions applicable to each case.
4. Engaging services
An engagement exists only when confirmed through a specific proposal or contract. That document brings together scope, payments, deliverables, materials provided by the client, third-party involvement, intellectual property, publication, final handover and each party’s responsibilities.
If something published here and something written in the proposal do not match, the signed proposal prevails.
5. Permitted use of the site
You may browse, read, quote with attribution, and get in touch in good faith. The contents are available for their informational purposes.
It is not permitted to interfere with the operation of the site, abuse the forms, attempt to access non-public areas, or send unlawful content or unsolicited communications.
6. Intellectual property
Claridad’s content, design, code, brand and own materials may not be reused, reproduced or exploited without authorisation. Any third-party materials referred to retain the conditions of their respective owners.
7. Accuracy and changes
Claridad endeavours to keep the published information useful and current, and may modify services, ranges or content when they change. There is no guarantee that the site will be free of interruptions, nor that information hosted by third parties will remain available.
The version of these conditions in force is always the one published at this address.
8. Limits of liability
The content of this site is informational. It does not constitute legal, tax, medical, financial or specialised professional advice of any kind.
Claridad does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, enquiries or commercial results. A business’s results depend on factors outside a website’s control: the market, the operation, price, service and competition.
9. External links
When this site links to a third-party resource it does so to give context. Those resources are not under Claridad’s control, and linking to them is neither an unqualified recommendation nor a guarantee as to their content, privacy or availability.
10. Privacy and contact

11. Governing law and dispute resolution
Use of this site and, where applicable, any contractual relationship that is formalised, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Mexican States and, on a supplementary basis and according to the actual nature of the relationship, by the applicable legislation of the State of Quintana Roo.
In the event of any difference relating to interpretation, compliance, performance or termination, the parties shall first seek to resolve it in good faith through direct communication. Failing that, they may by mutual agreement resort to a mediation or conciliation mechanism before commencing judicial proceedings.
Should the dispute persist, and to the extent that applicable law permits choice of forum, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile, or on any other legally waivable ground.
The foregoing is understood without prejudice to any mandatory or non-waivable jurisdictions, procedures and rights that may apply, including those corresponding to a consumer where the relationship is subject to consumer protection legislation.
